Education
Advisers
Please ring
us for the number of your local Education Adviser. All our Education
Advisers have teaching backgrounds combined with wide ICT experience.
They can advise you on standalone machines, network solutions,
connecting to the Internet, custom-built systems and a range of
other issues. Further, they can offer in-school demonstrations
and approve evaluation PCs where appropriate. We offer training
from simple "getting started" courses to full INSET
sessions.

is available from 8.30 - 5.30 every weekday, staffed by our dedicated
education support team. If you have a query about the performance
of your equipment, please ring 01282 777799 to speak to
one of our support team.
On-Site
Maintnenance
All our PCs
are covered by on-site warranty (UK mainland only), so in the
unlikely event of equipment failure, we will send someone out
to you to solve the problem, giving you peace of mind.
Free for the
first year , the on-site warranty can be extended to three years
for only £99 + VAT.
